Slab floors are susceptible to settling since the slab typically rests on back-filled, loosely compacted soil. 

B-DRY drills an opening into the slap using diamond tipped drills to insure a clean cut.  The helical anchor is inserted through the opening and positioned to hydraulically lift the slab to its original position (or as close as possible).
