Repairing Eroded Footers During Piering
Many times the footing has eroded making it inadvisable or impossible to stabilize or lift the structure. The owner is left with expensive repair alternatives.
B-Dry’s technique eliminates those alternatives by bracketing the footing with strong angle iron-- rendering an otherwise unsolvable problem – solvable. The house can now be stabilized, and in some instances lifted to a level position.
